1. Please always wash your hands before using the mask, disinfect them if necessary or wear gloves
2. Pull the elastic fastening straps over the ears, with the metal strip in the mask facing up.
3. After putting on the mask, please gently press the metal strip on both sides of the nose.
4. Adjust the mask so that the mouth and nose are completely covered. Make sure the mask fits securely over the bridge of the nose and cheeks.
